EX600 doesn't show aircraft position on SID chart

My Avidyne EX600 doesn't show aircraft position on SID charts , It shows on Airport chart and instruments approach . Is it normal ?

	My Avidyne EX600 doesn't show aircraft position on SID charts , It shows on Airport chart and instruments approach . Is it normal ?

	Yes. Airport diagrams and instrument approach charts from Jeppesen are drawn to scale and "Georeferenced" and will show aircraft position and the flight plan. SIDs and STARs are not drawn to scale and thus cannot be Georeferenced, so the ownship and flight plan cannot be drawn on the EX600.
