At airports without IFR approaches, there appears to be no way to select a visual approach. Ironically, that is the very type of airport at which you'd likely want to select a visual approach. Am I missing something? Sure, you can OBS on the airport as before, but not quite as good. Is it because the runways are not surveyed? * Orest

I think thats why.
Don’t have a link for the source . but i remember hearing in a some presentation that visual approaches require certain GPS data for the runway.

Eagle Crest airport, DE25, doesn't have an instrument procedure, but AviOS 10.3 does present visual approaches to RWY 14 and RWY 32.

INFO Airport Runways tab. If there is a Lat/Lon for each end of the runway, Visual approaches will be available.
