So, I'm 1yr in with my IFD540:

1. Jeppesen didn't send me a renewal (they confirmed they didn't).  This was never a problem in years past.
2. I can't renew.  They hope by Monday they'll know how I can renew.

Anyway, curious if it is just my luck or 540 subscription related?

Frustrating for sure.    Coincidentally, I'll be out at Jepp during the 2nd half of this coming week and this is exactly the kind of thing I will discuss with their senior leadership.

Just a heads up to others with multiple 540s.

I "upgraded" from JSUM to JDM this week and now my ability to download "charts" over and over as it always just showed "1" download available is now gone. I can no longer do simultaneous updates of my 540s.  I supposed another call is in order (third this month). 

I also got a bill from them showing an ~$1860 amount due approximately a week after I was allowed to renew. I called them and it's yet another known problem with their billing and I was told to just ignore it.

After renewing being allowed to renew I did so over the phone....
I ultimately got an invoice for $1267 which was the same as last year and paid it around Oct 1st.

But then a week later I got an invoice for $1876 showing it as an amount due with no items listed on the bill.  It listed the invoice date as Oct 7 and the due date as Oct 7.

I was told it was an "issue" where customers get double billed and the second bill is the total without discounts.
