Anchor your hand on the bezel and the panel itself and use buttons instead of the touch screen. Also it really helps to slow down.

Just pair it as per the Avidyne flight guide, and your good to go. Put a piece of velco on it an stick it on your yoke.

Use the wireless keyboard. I do almost all my freq changes with it

I'm having a hell of a time changing frequencies during turbulence.
I'm left handed and trying to use my right hand causes me lots of grief. Is there any tips to get your hand stable to change the frequency and make the switch.
