My plane has been grounded for several months with the battery removed. Are there any problems I should anticipate when restarting? (Hopefully in the next week or two.)

Well, just be aware that there may be an issue with "Time" in the system. You may have to shut the system down and restart, to get the actual current "z" time enabled.
