Anyone having a problem w/ GMX200 Chart Autoload?

   One customer who has a GMX200 is now reporting that his GMX200 not only fails to auto-load the desired chart but in fact resets when the auto load is attempted.
Has anyone else who has a IFD540-GMX200 combination seen anything similar?  If so, please let me know and if able, what software version you have running in the GMX200.   We are not able to reproduce this on our lab units - they auto-load just fine.

The attached picture is of the GMX200 screen as it indicates it is unable to perform the auto load task and is about to reset.
