Could somebody explain what these numbers are (and/or point me to the appropriate section in the Pilot Guide)? (See orange dotted box below.)

In the 10.1.0.0 draft pilot guide the description is on page 3-7 and shows the terrain scale which indicates the highest and lowest terrain on the MAP area. There is some additional detail in the PG, so you'll want to read it.

Many thanks for the pointer, Gring. I didn't know how to look it up in the index, and somehow completely missed it when looking through that table. I think I was focused on the screenshots, looking for one that had those numbers circled.
