When you've loaded a flight plan in the FMS and one of the waypoints is a VOR, is there a quick way to highlight the VOR in the flight plan and tune it? I couldn't figure out a way other than going to the INFO tab and typing in the letters to bring up the info page, then highlighting the frequency and hitting enter. I'm sure there is a faster way?

VORs that are set in the flightplan will auto-tune as the waypoints sequence.
If you need the VOR tuned before then, then just touch the VOR standby position, and type in the VOR identifier, swap, done. You don't need to go to the INFO page, etc. * Orest Edited by oskrypuch - 21 Nov 2018 at 8:13pm |

Another easy method if the desired VOR is not already auto-tuned is to display the NRST VORs using the NRST button. Then either double tap on the desired VOR to put it in the standby VOR position, or rotate the lower right selector knob to highlight then push to select the desired VOR into the VOR standby position. Now swap the VOR from standby to active using the frequency swap button.

All good suggestions. Another is to move the cursor around the VOR in the flight plan, then go to the info page and press "Paste" on L1. That keeps you from having to type in the letters.

And finally, if an airport is on the INFO page, there is the sub-menu of "Nearby Navaids" that can be used.
