After the installation of the 10.3.2.2 software I am seeing the following:

IFD 100 "429 Data not received"
G5 HSI "Not receiving RS-232 data"
GTX 345 transponder "NO 1090 ES"

I was careful to check the 2 settings in maintenance mode and the recommended ones in flight mode per section 3.1.  I did complete the steps to verify the software load in 5.1. Can you point me to the configuration settings that could have changed that would cause this?

You may have already addressed this as the post is a couple of weeks old.  But here's what happened:

Your ARINC 429 and RS232 settings likely were cleared.  This happened on mine as well.  I had created the backups from the main page but should have also flipped through the settings and recorded a video to manually restore those settings.  The restore did not appear to work...maybe it's version specific or maybe it restores other things.  

Thankfully I had a video of the settings page from about a year ago when we initially installed the IFD440 but some things have changed in our setup since then...so it's about 90% working at the moment.  

Hope you were able to get yours sorted!
