chartloading IFD 550 and 540

   I have more than 5 times the problem to copy the new charts to my IFDs with IFD USB stick. First the problem was with IFD 550, two month later it comes with 540. While copying the Nav, Obstacle work well the IFD starts copying the Charts and then suddenly stops. Message: Error detect "Copying Charts Files"- and stops at aprox 15 % download. Changing the USB does not get any other result.
Can anybody help
