New SIL covering Autopilot Disconnects

   We posted a new Service Information Letter (SIL) this past Friday, 15 November covering DFC90/100 disconnects.  The Pilot Guide did not fully describe some potential autopilot disconnect scenarios with Release 2 software and this SIL is designed to address that.
It will be individually distributed to all known DFC customers but it can also be found and downloaded/read via this link:

Look for the entry titled: SIL to Owners/Operators of Avidyne DFC90 Release 2 and DFC100 Release 2 Autopilot on Cirrus Aircraft Installations.
