I find the IFD100 Map view very hard to see course and waypoints in daylight because of the dark land background. Just not enough contrast. In Foreflight I use the Low in Route IFR which has a white background. Good contrast. The course and waypoints stick out very nicely even in bright sunlight. Is there a way we could get this into the IFD100. Even if we have to import Jepp Charts. What else might need to be set to do this? 3 rapid pushes of the home button on my iPad doesn't do anything. Did some research, have to make a accessibility shortcut to make that work. Thanks, it does help. |
