My map display on the IFD100 won't show track up. When I go to the set up under user options the map orientation is set to track up ,but is gray (ghost) and can't be changed. Am I missing something?

There are two different settings.

Track up versus Heading up. The latter is only available if you have a heading source from an ADHARS for example. I expect you don't, and that is why it is fixed to Track up.

What you are likely looking for is to toggle from Track up (centered), Track up (2/3rd view) and Mag North up. Just click the right button in while in MAP view, to move between these.

Orest,I know how to do it on the panel mount. Im on the IDF100 app on my IPAD. Which button(key) on the right are you referring too?

You use ENTER, when on the MAP page.
