I have a brand new dual IFD440 installation and the #2 nav will not load the navdata and obstacle data. The navdata gets to 50% then throws and error while the obstacle data gets to 61% and throws an error. We have tried 3 different memory sticks -- including the one that worked on #1. Some background:#2 did load once but was originally configured for non-WAAS and when we switched it to WAAS the data disappeared. This is why we are trying to load the data again. ------------- ------------ dave |

Yup -- my shop is working with tech support. A new unit is being sent out. Was just hoping to find a fix since I'm traveling tomorrow. ------------- ------------ dave |
