When my 10.2.3.1 software was being installed, we repeatedly got a gps bootloader exceeded its maximum retries.... we toggled off and then back on “update” a few times and retried the upload, but never got passed this part.

One screenmsaid we “skipped” the gold master file, that there was an “ error” on loading the software file

And that the conformity check was also “skipped”


Finally, we got out of that by pressing “ done”.

The version of the software now shows 10.2.3.1. But the date is February 27, 2000.

We never got a screen that said we were using compliant software.

We put in a tech support ticket, but does anyone have Experience with what I am describing.
