Can someone point me in the right direction for a 'simple config change? My IDF550 (upper display) is currently configured to received weather from the GDL69. My IDF 540 (lower display) is set to received ADS-B weather. Anyone have any ideas as to what change I need to make on the top display as I no longer subscribe to XM.  |

| I would think that you need to turn off channel 2 if you are no longer interested in receiving GDL69 XM weather, and change channel 6 to Capstone HS Trfc+Wx. |

Thank you. So my last question; Today I turned off CHNL 2 in/out (GDL69) and set CHNL 6 to Capstone HS Trfc+Wx. I got neither Traffic or any weather. If it was set to just Capstone HS Trfc I did see Traffic. From all I can see from the pinout of Freeflight ADSB Traffic and Weather are sent over the same wire. Any ideas on this one?

Just re-read what I wrote. I set it wrong. I set it to Capstone HS Trfc+Wx, I'll try SkyTrax Trfc+Wx tomorrow. btw, where can I get the latest install manual? I've googled and found an old revision but it appears they make changes over time. |

| When you did the upgrade, if you downloaded all the files from Avidyne, the install manual was included in that folder. |

The manual wasn't included. Just the files and a PDF on how to update the software. |

Version 2 of the 10.2.3.1 zip file included the latest (rev17 at the time) IM. The 10.2.4.1 zip file doesn't include the latest (rev18) IM or any revision for that matter. ------------- Vince |
