In these days of the dreaded virus, things may be delayed.  But typically...

It takes roughly a week to process a properly completed warranty claim.  We often get claims that are incomplete and the back-and-forth to get it completed correctly adds to that time.

Note that a "warranty claim" is what a dealer files to get reimbursed for the labor involved in resolving a warranty repair or exchange.  A "warranty repair" is when a unit is returned to use to repair a defect in material or workmanship.  The time to complete a warranty repair can vary depending upon what the problem is, but typically is 10 to 15 business days after the unit arrives back here at the factory.
