Hello,

I have recently installed the latest update for my IFD540. However, the charts are not displayed. What have I done incorrectly ?

Not much to go on in that description. Best to call tech support and they can do some troubleshooting with you.

What is the contact number / email for Avidyne tech support? Cannot find any contact info on My Avidyne.

Still cannot get charts displayed.

At the bottom of the page that comes up, three options are shown:

1) Phone 1-888-723-7592

2) Email pilotsupport@avidyne.com

3) Submit a ticket online

Avidyne might consider including those contact choices on the My Avidyne page. I don't find it intuitive to go to the main commercial page to look for support details....
