The most recent NAV update is loaded on my usb but after updating the IFD440 it still shows the last nav cycle as expired as of may 20th.

I double checked the usb on the Jepp page and it says it's up to date.

Any ideas?

have you tried asking jeppesen to reset your download count so you can try downloading again.

Thanks for that link, I reset it and downloaded it again, will give that a try.

This may, or may not be related...

Due to changes to the database production tool used for creating and packaging Avidyne and BendixKing databases, a new version of the Jeppesen Distribution Manager application will be required for Avidyne and BendixKing AeroNav systems beginning with NavData cycle 2206 (Effective Date: 16 JUN 2022).

On 24 MAY 2022, Jeppesen will begin releasing the new version of Jeppesen Distribution Manager (version 3.13.0.90). Please update to version 3.13.0.90 when prompted in the application. After 31 MAY 2022, the new version will be required for downloading Avidyne and BendixKing databases. Previous versions of Jeppesen Distribution Manager will display the status "Please update JDM to download this database", along with the notice "A New Version of Jeppesen Distribution Manager is Available!".
