I am looking at how I want to configure my audio panel for the IFD540.

What audio path does the obstacle and terrain alerts / TOD tones take ? (i.e. TAWS Audio or Com)

I think it is all TAWS and needs to be run to unswitched input but wanted to confirm.

You are right. It's the TAWS output audio lines that go into the Audio Panel to unswitched/unmuted input. Our IFD540 Install Manual identifies the exact connector/pins.
