I understand that the GDL 69 will interface with the IFD 540. Does it show all the weather my 696 will... i.e. TFR's, METARs, TAFs, winds aloft, etc.?

I have a 496 on my glareshield in the company test airplane and can personally vouch for all the weather products displaying on both the IFD and the 496 (same as 696).

That list will be modified as part of Release 10.1.0.0 in the spring when we start supporting ADS-B weather as well.
