Say five seconds before passing the FAF, have an aural annunciation & CAS alert of "FAF AHEAD" or something like that. * Orest |

Can we get an option for the 540 to listen to the active comm channel, figure out what reporting point ATC asked for (like FAF, 3 miles out, mid-field downwind, etc.) and then remind us 5 seconds before we get there? Simple matter of advanced voice-to-text and contextual syntax parsing. Now THAT would be a cool feature. Maybe in release 10.1, not 1.10... But, for now, +1 on the FAF reminder. |
