I placed a deposit on an IFD440 long ago. I requested a refund on April 9 by email. I did not receive a reply to that email so I called and was assured a refund would be forthcoming. After a few weeks had gone by without receipt of the refund I called again. Again I was advised a refund would be expedited. Again, no refund was received. I called yet again on June 12 and was advised ti would be looked into. I emailed again June 16 requesting a status update, yet again, my email has gone unanswered. So, it has been over 2 months of calling, emailing, and waiting yet I have no indication a refund is actually forthcoming. It should not take over 2 months and multiple calls to get a refund. So I will ask here, what does it take to get a refund? ------------- Lancair 235/320 RV-9A |

Are you really sure you want a refund? The FAA has approved the STC, I expect it will shipping shortly. * Orest |
