Are there any plans to make the R9 also available as a retrofit for Cessna 210s? If yes, which model years and types will be covered?

I would like to hear the answer to this question also. Avidyne is the logical avionics vendor for Klapmeier's latest venture and what better or more stable IFR platform is out there to act as a foundation for launching a state of the art single-pilot IFR package than the 210 ?

Avidyne is continually investigating aircraft that make the most sense for Release 9 and the Cessna 210 would be a great platform for R9. There are no plans for the 210 in 2011. Our next releases of R9 will allow it to be installed on all Piper PA-46 Mirage and Meridians, added to the currently available Cirrus and Piper Matrix aircraft. These new airplanes are 3-screen R9 configurations with the DFC100 autopilot.
