Heading in IFD vs foreflught

   when I've transferred a flight plan from foreflight into the ifd, I see different heading bugs in both, and the plane icon in the ifd sits at an angle to the course line.
Is the ifd440 giving me a heading and correcting for wind and foreflight not?  

The ifd wind calculator shows wind direction, but the widget does not, as the oat comes from an engine monitor.
