wifi connection issues with new iPad Pro (M4)

   Does anyone else have connection issues between the new iPad Pro M4 chip, iPadOS 8.0.1, and the IFD?
I recently upgraded my primary iPad to an 2024 iPad Pro (M4) and now am unable to get a connection to the IFD, either from the IFD100 or ForeFlight. The IFD doesn't seem to recognize the device, although in ForeFlight it appears and disappears under Devices. My second iPad Mini 6 works fine with the IFD, even after the upgrade to 8.0.1. The IFD is running 10.3.1.2.

	Hi chflyer, I’ve found that the iPad only successfully works with the IFD if there’s no other apps open and the iPad is totally connected and dedicated to supporting the IFD100 App. Even then it’s a very fine balancing act for it to work properly. I gave up on it some time ago. I am still able to push flight plan’s through from the ozrunways app but that’s about it. Please someone let me know what I’m doing wrong and how to make it interface successfully. I’d love it to work! Cheers, A

	I upgraded to the new iPad Air when it was released in the spring. I have no connection issues, but I only use foreflight.
