Maybe a dumb question
What is the difference on the map setup page IFR---VFR---Custom---Factory I tried setting it to each one and couldn't see a difference on the map Maybe I am missing something Of course i did this while on the ground My be different once in the air |

For IFR, VFR, Factory, you should see changes on the map setup page. You'll see features turning on/off at different ranges or on/off altogether based on your setting. It also changes the definitions of the declutter triangles.
Those changes of course get reflected on the map but sometimes, until/unless you change map range or declutter settings, they will be subtle.

AHHH roger that ... thank you sir ... yes it is subtle and may have noticed more if i would have been flying.. now ill know what to look for
