I placed a deposit on an IFD440 long ago. I requested a refund on April 9 by email. I did not receive a reply to that email so I called and was assured a refund would be forthcoming. After a few weeks had gone by without receipt of the refund I called again. Again I was advised a refund would be expedited. Again, no refund was received. I called yet again on June 12 and was advised ti would be looked into. I emailed again June 16 requesting a status update, yet again, my email has gone unanswered.
So, it has been over 2 months of calling, emailing, and waiting yet I have no indication a refund is actually forthcoming. It should not take over 2 months and multiple calls to get a refund. So I will ask here, what does it take to get a refund? |

So Lance wants to buy my IFD 440 contract. Can it be done consistent with the terms of the Avidyne contract? What is required for this to happen?

Once you have an agreement between the 2 of you, send over an email with the detail of the new buyer is and what avionics shop they want to use for the installation. You can send the email to me at sbennett(at)avidyne.com
